Prosecco Hills.
Seven wineries.
Seven wineries.
We import from seven family-run wineries in the Veneto – straight from the hills above Conegliano, where prosecco is home. We only bring in bottles we'd happily open ourselves on a Friday night. And with every bottle, we tell you who made it – because behind good prosecco, there's always a story.
Prosecco is a place. It's not just a drink.
The hill matters.
The Conegliano–Valdobbiadene hills are what separate an industrial sparkling wine from one with a postcode. We're the ones who put the postcode front and centre.
The hand matters.
Every bottle on our shelf was hand-harvested by people who farm their own hillside. We've watched them do it, in person.
The bottle matters.
We don't sell prosecco in bulk. We don't sell anything we wouldn't open ourselves on a Friday night. The shelf is small on purpose.
The story matters.
We tell you which family, which parcel, which year – and what's worth eating alongside it. Not because it's marketing. Because it's prosecco.

It all started with a glass
We've been travelling to Italy regularly since 2021, and somewhere along the way we fell for more than the country – we fell for prosecco itself. So much so that on August 13, 2024 – World Prosecco Day – we made the decision: we were going to launch this shop.
The idea is simple: we only offer drinks we love and drink ourselves. A relaxed weeknight, a Friday garden party, a weekend brunch, a birthday, even Christmas – prosecco fits all of it.
Today we work with seven wineries, all from the same region: the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Our range keeps growing as we meet new producers and sit down at their table. But we don't want to stop at the bottle. The plan is to not just bring prosecco to you, but to take you to the hills too – tastings where you can get to know this wine up close, and who knows, maybe host a winemaker or two here at home. One region, followed all the way up the hills – and onward from there.
From the kitchen table to the cellar.
Six years, seven producers, a lot of learning.
Our first trip
We didn't just fall for Italy. We fell for prosecco.
The discovery
We came home with more than 40 different proseccos from a single trip.
Prosecco Journey Kft. was born
In December 2024, we made official what we already knew.
The shop launched
Just two producers back then, Borgo Antico and Toni Doro, ten items in total.
Here we are now
We launched the refreshed shop, now with seven producers and more than 50 carefully chosen bottles.
Five stops, no middle-man.
We visit.
Four times a year, in person. We taste straight from the tank and choose the bottling.
The grower bottles.
Hand-harvested grapes from a single vineyard – never blended into one giant cuvée.
We build the pallet.
Straight from Conegliano to our Budapest warehouse. No stops along the way.
We unpack and check.
Every box gets opened, every label gets checked. Anything damaged already went back.
Order.
Hand-packed within a day, delivered by courier or pickup point.
"They ask the questions a Hungarian importer is not supposed to ask. Which slope, which row, which day."
