Two Rives, Two Hills
Sometimes the best question is the simplest one: what is the difference between two rive Proseccos? This pack gives you a direct, glass-in-hand answer.
Borgo Antico Rive di Ogliano Extra Brut comes from the Ogliano hillsides near Conegliano — morainic clay soil, cryomaceration without sulphur dioxide, almost zero residual sugar. Toni Doro Rive di Carpesica Extra Brut arrives from the Carpesica hills, SQNPI-certified sustainable farming, also almost zero sugar, 75-day Martinotti fermentation. Both hand-harvested, both bone-dry — but the terroir is different, and you can taste it in the glass.
