Within the Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry category, residual sugar sits between 12–17 g/l, creating a pleasant roundness and fruitiness that stays lively and balanced thanks to natural acidity.

Guia, Via Spinade, below the steep rive hillsides — that is where this wine comes from. Hand-harvested, Charmat/Martinotti fermented, with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose: pear, apple, and white flowers; on the palate: fruity, fresh, and beautifully balanced. Serve at 6–8°C, enjoy as an aperitif or alongside light dishes.
