TONI DORO Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut 1,5 l Magnum

Massimo Doro named the DONO (Gift) line because he considers the Carpesica hillsides not inherited property but a loan — a gift to be handed on to the next generation. The Brut Magnum is the lived expression of this philosophy: born from the estate's old and precious Carpesica vineyards, a union of tradition and continuous improvement.

With 8 g/l residual sugar, the Brut gives full expression to the minerality and freshness of the Carpesica terroir. 75 days of Martinotti/autoclave fermentation yields a creamy mousse and an elegant, fine, persistent perlage. The nose is citrusy with a gentle hint of bread crust and acacia blossom; the palate is light, fresh, and well-balanced. Excellent with sea bass fillets, baked fish, and any delicate dish. Serve at 6–8°C in a large glass.
