Not every wine pack is meant to be opened all at once. The Dinner Flight was designed for exactly this: three bottles, three courses, one evening.
Rive di Carpesica Extra Brut (max. 6 g/l) opens — mineral, bone-dry, perfect for aperitivo and raw fish. DONO Brut (8 g/l) takes over at the main course: citrusy, bread-crusty, excellent with fish, white meats, and risotto. DONO Extra Dry (14 g/l) closes the evening: round, fruity, gently smoothing the final course — or just as good on its own for a toast.
