BORGO ANTICO Le Spezie Prosecco DOC Rosè Brut 0,75 l

Prosecco DOC Rosé became an official category in 2020, and Borgo Antico produces its own version within the premium "Le Spezie" line. The 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir blend — as required for the Rosé category — delivers a pleasant soft pink colour and a rich aromatic profile.

The nose is floral and fruity, with wild strawberry as the most prominent note — Pinot Noir's characteristic contribution. Fine perlage. On the palate the same fruity-floral character prevails, making for excellent and unexpected pairings: gourmet pizza, first courses, white and red meats all work beautifully. Awarded a Silver Medal at Città del Vino 2021. Serve at 8–10°C.
