PDC Prosecco DOC Rosé 0,75 l

Prosecco DOC Rosé became an official category in 2020 and quickly became one of the most exciting segments in the Prosecco world. PDC's version is released as a Millesimato (single-vintage), combining Glera's natural freshness and aromatic character with the deeper fruitiness and structure that Pinot Nero brings to the blend.

The wine shows a delicate salmon-rose colour with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it opens with fresh strawberry, raspberry, rose petals, and a hint of citrus; on the palate it is lively and light, with 10 g/l of residual sugar lending a pleasing roundness. Serve at 6–8°C — ideal as an aperitif, and equally at home alongside light fish dishes, salads, and summer meals.
