ACERLE Prosecco DOCG Brut 0.75 l

Acerle Brut comes from the hills between Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene and Campea di Miane, from vineyards facing east, south and west. Clay, marl and sandstone soils, double arched cane pruning and a hand harvest in mid-September – the way it has been done here for generations.

Bright straw yellow. Delicate apple and pear with meadow flowers on the nose; on the palate, lively acidity, minerality and floral, fruity notes in balance. 7.5 g/l residual sugar. Serve at 6–8 °C as an aperitif or with light dishes.
