ACERLE Prosecco DOCG Extra Dry 0.75 l

In mid-September, when the rows fill with people, tractors crowd the roads and you hear scissors everywhere, the whole Bisol family goes out to pick. Acerle Extra Dry is made from this hand harvest, from the vineyards between Santo Stefano and Campea di Miane.

Bright straw yellow, with yellow fruit and meadow flowers on the nose. The palate is soft, elegant, well structured and long. 14.5 g/l residual sugar. Serve at 6–8 °C as an aperitif, with cured ham or lightly spiced dishes.
