The DONO Extra Dry occupies a unique place in Toni Doro history: it was the estate's original wine, the bottle with which Silvano and Massimo Doro first brought the family name to the market after their grandfather Antonio established the farm in 1956. It has remained the estate's most popular and widely enjoyed wine — the Doro family's natural "welcome" bottle, offered from aperitivo to dessert.

With 14 g/l residual sugar, it delivers a pleasant roundness and soft fruitiness: citrus-forward fresh aromas with hints of crunchy pear, and an elegant, fine, persistent perlage. 75 days of Martinotti fermentation ensure the bubble quality. Perfect as an aperitif or with lean appetisers. Serve at 6–8°C in a large glass.
