The Cartizze hillside is Valdobbiadene's most coveted growing area, where marine clay soils, southern exposure, and alpine ventilation create ideal conditions for exceptional Glera grapes. PDC farms exclusively here, processing only grapes from its century-old vines — hand-picked and pressed gently to capture the finest aromatic expression.

At 13 g/l residual sugar, the Extra Dry strikes a beautiful balance: round and soft on the palate, with a lively freshness that keeps every sip engaging. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in autoclave (Charmat/Martinotti method) and matures for 3 months on the lees, building a refined perlage and ripe, complex aromas. Endlessly versatile — excellent as a standalone aperitif, with finger food, or as a celebration wine.
