BORGO ANTICO Chardonay “Altitudo” IGP 0,75 l

"Altitudo" evokes the heights of the Alpine-pre-Alpine foothills — precisely the territory where Borgo Antico's Chardonnay base grapes originate. The blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Incrocio Manzoni (a crossing developed by Manzoni) creates an unusual and exciting character: the fruity roundness of Chardonnay is complemented by the fresher, more aromatic nature of Incrocio Manzoni.

Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections — with the mineral taste characteristic of the Le Spezie line, yellow-fleshed fruit (apricot, peach), and citrus notes. Excellent with fish dishes, risottos with wild herbs, and white meats. Serve at 10–12°C.
