With 8 g/l residual sugar, the Brut gives maximum expression to Glera's natural fruitiness — green apple, pear, citrus, white flowers — while keeping the wine dry, lively, and precise, with well-integrated acidity and a clean citrus finish. Charmat fermentation, 30–40 days on the lees, from hand-harvested Valdobbiadene hillsides.
