Bortolin Angelo is rooted in the village of Guia — the small Treviso hillside town that Angelo Bortolin has always called home. In 2018, when Angelo's 80th birthday coincided with the winery's 50th anniversary, Desiderio and the team decided the most fitting tribute was to bottle the finest expression of their Guia vineyards into one special wine — naming it after Angelo's local nickname, "Angelin Beo".

The Rive di Guia Extra Brut Angelin Beo is made exclusively from grapes grown in the village of Guia, with zero residual sugar, allowing the land's true character to speak without any sweetness to soften it. Aromatically it shows ripe melon, yellow flowers, and mineral notes; on the palate it is clean, fresh, saline, and elegant, with dancing fine bubbles. Best served at 10–12°C in a very large glass. Ideal as an aperitif or alongside rich seafood and shellfish.
