Salatin DOC Treviso Brut comes from the estate's highest hillside vineyards in the DOC Treviso hill area. Soft pressing and a slow second fermentation of at least 45 days at low temperature.

Brilliant straw yellow with greenish highlights. White acacia flowers, pear and not-yet-ripe apple on the nose; the palate is fresh and flavourful, with an appealing acidity on the finish. 7–9 g/l residual sugar. Serve at 6–8 °C as an aperitif, with light starters, fish pasta or mussels.
