BORGO ANTICO Verdiso IGP Sparkling Wine 0,75 l

Verdiso is one of the oldest native grape varieties of the Colli Trevigiani, with documented history stretching back over two centuries. Borgo Antico harvests this special niche wine from the Marchesin family's own Verdiso vines and produces it as a spumante via the Charmat method in autoclave.

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, a delicate, spicy, and lively aroma, and a sour taste profile reminiscent of unripe apples. Verdiso's characteristic crisp acidity makes it excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal: light starters, fish and shellfish, risottos, and white meats all pair beautifully. Serve at 12°C.
