TONI DORO Panein Frizzante 0,75 l
"Panein" is a nod to one of the region's oldest folk traditions: the Panevin (a dialect contraction of "pan e vin", meaning bread and wine) is a bonfire lit on the night of the Epiphany on the hillsides of Vittorio Veneto and Carpesica, where the previous year's straw is burned — symbolising the letting go of the past and the hope of the new year. Toni Doro's Panein Frizzante is the vinous memory of this tradition: from the Carpesica hillside grapes, in a fresh and fruity expression.
The frizzante style is lightly sparkling, with lower pressure than classic spumante (max. 2.5 bar). Bright straw yellow colour, fresh and fruity aromas — the characteristic personality of Carpesica Glera in a simple, approachable form. Perfect for creating a relaxed frasca atmosphere alongside cured meats, cheeses, and mixed platters, or as a straightforward everyday wine. Serve at 6–8°C.
