Cartizze is just 107 hectares of vineyards on the steepest hills of San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol, regulated since 1969. It produces prosecco's most prestigious wine, and Bortolin Angelo hand-picks it here from south-facing rows at 250 metres.

Pale straw yellow. White fruit, citrus and a delicate minerality on the nose; the palate is round, soft and creamy, with an almost velvety bubble. 20 g/l residual sugar. For important moments and dessert, served at 6–8 °C in a wide glass.
