BORTOLIN ANGELO Prosecco DOCG Dry "Rive di Guia" Desiderio 0.75 l

Desiderio has been made since 1998: it was created for the winery's 30th anniversary and named after Angelo's father, Desiderio. Before each harvest, father and son walked the vineyards together to choose the grapes. From the 2020 vintage it comes only from vineyards in the village of Guia, which made it a Rive di Guia.

Pale straw yellow. Dry and harmonious on the nose, with unripe white fruit and white flowers; the palate is soft, round and elegant in its simplicity, with fine, creamy bubbles. 20 g/l residual sugar. For special moments and dessert, served at 6–8 °C.
